TIFFANY LOCKHART
Tiffany Lockhart - A Medical Assist within the OBGYN field for Northern Virginia, fiancé and mother to 8-year-old twins. Has been heavenly involved with pageantry for the last 7 years and found her focus in pageantry as an advocate for Global Developmental Delays and her own Acts of Kindness, during the Global Pandemic, MS. Lockhart worked alongside with the Ampersand Pantry Project of Leesburg where they help serve free meals daily to the community and reached a goal of 1000 thousands free meals, while working full time and serving the community during the pandemic Ms. Lockhart founded her own business Glam girl Artistry/ Cosmetics for hair and makeup services where she travels around to pageants and other local events to make others feel beautiful and confident within.
Ms. Lockhart is excited to start the year with an amazing set of title holders and can’t wait to see everyone at Virginia Beach in Aug 2024!

Victoria Long - Being A 30 year Veteran of the Armed Services Victoria has always loved serving her community.
With over 10 years of Pageantry experience Victoria has been both a State Director and owned her own Pageant System. Now retired Victoria spends her time taking care of her youngest daughter and volunteering in her community
